Reminders:
- On away game days, players are encouraged to take the bus back to school with their team. If needed, parents may pick up their child from an away game site; however, as per district policy, they are not permitted to take other students home.
- All players should have their own water bottles for practices and games.
- Full equipment and mouthpieces must be worn at all times during practices and games. MAMS is able to provide players with all of the lacrosse equipment listed below with the exception of cleats, an athletic cup, and a lacrosse stick.
- Full equipment includes the following items: helmet, NOCSAE ND200 approved chest protector/shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, lacrosse stick, cleats, athletic cup, and mouthpiece. In addition, all goaltenders must wear an approved chest protector, throat guard, and elbow pads.

- All lacrosse players must be cleared by the school nurse and the Bellmore-Merrick Rank One website to participate. Please visit the Rank One Sport website link below to complete all required forms.
